We collect and store information you voluntarily provide us and data related to your use of the services. With your consent, we use the personal information we collect as follows:

A. Information You Provide

• Contact: When you voluntarily contact us, such as to ask questions about our Services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and other information to support Your interest in or use of the Services. 

• Interest Groups, Membership, Subscriptions and Newsletters: When you voluntarily provide us with your email address, such as to subscribe for newsletters or other publications or to subscribe for, purchase or register for NJAEA membership, programs, services, products, conferences, seminars, tutorials, classes, events, institutes, and webinars, we may collect Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and other information to support Your use of the foregoing or participation therein. 

• Mobile Messaging Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include email, text, and social media posts. 

Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing. 

Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing 

system. Message frequency will vary but will be at most three messages per month. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the preceding topics or any topic and that such messages and calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or shortcodes, except in connection with marketing purposes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider.
